  • Responsible for daily content management and service marketing planning of MG official website, APP, social media and other MG publicity sites, familiar with marketing trends such as new media and short video marketing, and making reasonable marketing planning schemes
  • Cooperate with Marketing Department to establish after-sales service image, establish marketing and brand building foundation, plan and implement service brand-building according to MG brand development, and improve the influence of service brand inside and outside the industry
  • Assist other aftersales departments to coordinate with each market area to promote the sales of service products such as auto parts, accessories, service package through marketing planning
  • Based on user service experience, integrate various resources to build a complete service product system, such as road rescue, courtesy car, charging service, mobile service, etc., responsible for service product and service process design and launch follow-up
  • Assist the connection and cooperation of user service experience products with relevant business departments and business channels, and establish a complete internal and external service execution process and communication management mechanism for each service product
  • Assist the establishment of service product operation management, including training implementation, daily operation data summary and analysis, finding problems and timely adjustment, and constantly optimize and upgrade service products


  • Relevant education at the Bachelor level and at least 5 years of experience with automotive marketing is preferred
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Have certain marketing planning and implementation experience
  • Have the user consciousness and good service experience design thinking, have the service process formulation and implementation management experience
  • Good project management skills and operational creative thinking
  • Strong leadership and teamwork spirit
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures
  • Creative thinking in order to find efficient, customer-oriented after-sales solutions
  • High level of flexibility
