Purpose of role

Support MGE distributors managing dealer Operations to achieve Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality objectives, deploy the After Sales Programs and achieve Sales targets (sell in and sell out). Support the development of effective central and local Marketing Campaigns.

Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role

  • Provide support distributors with performance and organization wise
  • Responsible for Operational standards deployment
  • Responsible for parts and Accessory sales support (deploying the central programs)
  • Identify sales targets based on market potential (running carpark, customer retention)
  • Manage commercial policy (dealer bonus, campaigns, expenses, … )
  • plans deployment (PDCA)
  • In charge of service quality improvement plans deployment and PDCA
  • In charge of market meetings, market deep dive, business plan meetings
  • Responsible for market performance reports coordination
  • Streamlining information, communication from and to markets

Experience & Educational background & Expertise

  • At least bachelor degree related to engineering, automotive, or mechanicals
  • Extensive experience with after-sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Good collaboration skills; English fluency is a must
  • Able to work independently, a self-starter
  • Strong focus on accuracy; eye for details
  • Skilled with the use of automotive diagnostics tools
  • Skilled in the use of basic computer applications (MS Office)
  • High level of flexibility
