Purpose of role
We are looking for a Sales Operation & Data Management Intern to actively support our business by participating in various projects. Your mission will be to support the France Sales & Network team in their daily tasks on sales business development. Fully integrated within the team, you will support in the implementation of our sales strategy.
Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role
- Responsible for daily sales reporting and data management
- Responsible for CRM back-office management (user management, day-to-day request management, stock transfer…)
- Manage, sustain, update and improve technical tools and platforms, including Excel, Salesforce and Jotform
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with Logistics team to support daily business process
Experience & Educational Background
- Strong academic record from a French business/engineering school
- Fluency of French and English is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel, Power BI is a plus
- Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures
- High level of flexibility
- Knowledge of Salesforce and interest for the automotive market are preferable
